Our Contract

​You accept that you are entering into a legal binding contract and that you are age 18 at the time of placing an order with us.  Our contract is between, customers, volunteers, contractors, employers, employees, donors, suppliers including legal representatives using our website.  By using our website and whether you agree to register with us or not, you agree you are entering into a Contract. Any item/s displayed, description of goods, colour, price, variations, will be clearly advertised at the time when you place an order.  All Nations be Wise will seek to fulfil its obligation of making sure that all orders placed will be dispatched and delivered to the correct address as specified on the order/s. We will not be responsible for any part of the contract, Terms and Conditions that are not clearly made known, or for any orders that display an incorrect name and/or address and that go missing after the goods have been delivered.
We will not be responsible for deliveries left at an alternative address for collection that go missing.  We take no responsibility if the wrong order was placed and wrong price was entered at the time of order.

 

Availability and Description

​The availability of orders placed will depend on the stock at the time of order.  We will seek to fulfil all orders placed as long as they are available and in stock.  We cannot predict stock availability and therefore take no responsibility if the product is no longer available on our website or the same order cannot be made available for purchase. If the product sold is no longer available on our website we will seek to provide an alternative design or near match that matches the customers description and price.

 

All products sold are advertised as at the time or order.  We have the right to withdraw, change or amend all products, pricing made available on our website.  We take no responsibility for variations in color, slight variations in weight of cushions, alterations to designs; size, variations in fabric design which we purchase through our suppliers. This includes slight variations in print of CE labelling.

All Nations be Wise has the right to change, edit, redesign, reconfigure any of it’s logos, CE Labelling and washing instructions as well as packaging materials.

 

Discount, Promotion Codes & Price Promise

All discount promotion codes will be clearly advertised on our website. All discounts will be made available and who apply to use our website.  Where discounts are offered we will seek to fulfill the price promotion.  Discounts will be available on only selected items and not on all cushions. If the wrong discount and promotion code is entered at the time of order we will seek to amend and update our website accordingly.  All pricing for cushion does not include VAT.  VAT is only included in the cost of delivering your goods.  We may at our discretion increase the cost of products, where our suppliers have increased the costs of their services and products they charge for packing, insurance, carriage and other relevant charges.  Our pricing is reviewed periodically.

 

​Cancellations, returns and late returns

All Nations be Wise seek to operate an Non-Return policy on all our cushions due to Corona Virus this it to Prohibit and minimise the risk of infection and spread of infection” we advise all customers, not to return their products unless it is damaged in transit or faulty.   We accept the right that customers have the right to cancel, make changes to their orders at the time order/s are placed.  Cancellations must be made within 5 working days of order.   If a customer has cancelled their order within 5 working days they will receive a refund within 14 working days.  We will seek to refund any monies for any item damaged in transit or are faulty provided they are returned within 14 days refund Policy.

If the customer placed an order and the order has been dispatched and shipped they have 14 days to return the order and a refund will be generated within 14 days.

Any orders placed that are damaged in transit, or faulty placed and not returned within the 14 days policy a late fee will be applied.

The company reserves the right to reject an order that has been placed if it believes online abuse, such as prolific mis-ordering, or any other unusual activity is suspected. The company has a right to cancel or reject an order if it suspects that a customer is placing an order/s and abusing the returns, cancellation and refund policy. Orders may be refused if the product is withdrawn or no longer available, if authorisation for payment is rejected, if there is a pricing or product information error or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions.

 

​Delivery and charges

All orders placed providing they are available at the time of order will be dispatched, delivered within 5 to 7 days after the order was placed.  All orders placed will be delivered to the address as specified on the orders only.  If a customer is leaving an alternative address for delivery arrangements must be made with the recipient/s for collection.  Where goods are despatched within 5 to 7 day period we will not take any responsibility for late deliveries made by our couriers.

 

Due to changes in EU regulations on VAT sales shipping from the UK on the 1st July 2021 the company will not be shipping any of our products to any EU destinations or any countries outside of the UK. Should All Nations be Wise change their Order and Shipping for Terms and Conditions we will notify you of the changes on our website.

Forfeitures

www.allnationsbewise.co.uk  will not take any responsibility for any losses incurred by users of our websites. All users of this website will be deemed liability for all their own losses incurred.   Orders not returned within the 14 days policy will be liable for any losses incurred and the company will reject any claims made against that loss.  Any loss associated with profits, contracts, anticipated savings, revenue, data, wasted expenditure whether direct or indirect or substantial whether foreseeable at the time of using this website we will not be liable.

 

Amendments to terms and conditions and alterations of service

www.allnationsbewise.co.uk have the right to amend, alter, withdraw, highlight or add any of it’s Terms and Conditions and Policies.  All items ordered and purchased are subject and bound by the terms and conditions of this website. In the event any part of these are changed due to Government legislations you will only be bound by the previous and current Terms and Conditions and Policies for which you an original previous order was placed.  Any alterations to service will only apply and affect those parts in particular subject to the service.  Any conditions which are invalid, void, not authentic, genuine or rendered unenforceable that condition will be deemed dissolvable and will not affect the legitimacy and enforceability of any remaining condition/s representations about them or any material or results relating to them.

You must not misuse, copy, cut or paste, alter the size, remove, distort, frame, submit, transfer, or share any of the All Nations Be Wise company logo on any other website page.  You are prohibited from using abusive, defamatory language that is threatening whether directly on indirectly, or derogatory names, or use unsolicited material; images or photos that may be harmful to this website. Where images of photos of babies, toddlers are used, consent has been sought from parents guardians or foster carers for images supplied and used are models taken from website where permissions is granted for the use of uploading and transporting onto this website. You must not transmit to or from this website any material that is offensive; fraudulent, seditious; this includes anything done covertly, or pornographic in any form.
